1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jli77.club ("jli77," "the Company," "we," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the jli77 online gaming platform available at jli77.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

1.2 By accessing the Platform, creating a jli77 account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or using any service offered by jli77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jli77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

2.2 Philippine Residency. The Platform is available exclusively to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. 3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual Filipino resident may maintain only one (1) jli77 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If more than one account is found to be registered to the same individual, jli77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR.

3.3 KYC Verification. PAGCOR requires jli77 to verify the identity of all players before real-money gameplay and withdrawals are permitted. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a UMID, driver's licence, Philippine passport, or PhilSys national ID — together with any additional documentation jli77 may request. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) hour for most players.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli77 login credentials. jli77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jli77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jli77 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. jli77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. 4.5 Own Funds. 5.1 All games offered on the jli77 Platform use PAGCOR-audited certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games, and accredited live dealer feeds for live casino products. Outcomes are independently random and not influenced by jli77 or any third party.

5.2 Game results displayed on the Platform are final. In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game from being resolved, jli77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

5.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on jli77 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing, and sabong — are governed by jli77's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bonuses are issued at jli77's discretion. jli77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion to exploit promotional offers, constitutes a breach of these Terms. jli77 may void all associated winnings and suspend the accounts of players engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Cash deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately within the jli77 wallet. Players may always withdraw their cash deposit balance in full regardless of bonus wagering status, unless the player accepted a bonus offer that specifically linked the cash balance to a wagering requirement.

• Opening or using multiple jli77 accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund or access a jli77 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jli77 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jli77 Platform's software or security systems.

9.1 All content on the jli77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the jli77 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jli77.club or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jli77's prior written consent.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jli77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

10.2 jli77's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jli77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond jli77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jli77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally practical.

11.1 In the event of a dispute relating to your jli77 account, game results, payments, or these Terms, you must first contact jli77 Customer Support via live chat on jli77.club. jli77 will investigate all disputes and issue a formal response within five (5) business days of receiving complete information from the player.

11.2 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through jli77's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.

11.3 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or PAGCOR's arbitration process where applicable under PAGCOR's licensing conditions.

12.1 jli77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or via a prominently displayed notice on jli77.club at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or Philippine law.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

13.1 These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the jli77 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (the PAGCOR Charter) and its implementing rules and regulations, and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or excluding any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or player under applicable Philippine law.
